What do we Do?
At Sankalpa, we believe life is for enjoyment - a simple concept that has gotten lost in the modern age.
We believe that regular practices in mindfulness and setting a clear intention (a.k.a sankalpa) can allow us to tune in to our own unique voice - a voice worth listening to.
We offer workshops in both a classroom and yoga studio setting to suit whatever you find more comfortable. 1:1 coaching sessions are available in person or via Skype. And, if you want something more immersive, we run retreats within driving distance from Sydney, Australia.

WHO ARE WE?
Founder - specialises in teaching yoga, meditation and coaching.
Charlotte is a yoga & meditation teacher and coach, who finds fulfilment helping others thrive in their everyday lives.
Charlotte began her career in a corporate setting working primarily as a project planner, account manager and trainer. She moved quickly up the ranks of her company but found that no matter how big the pay check, she wasn’t fulfilled. Charlotte wanted her life to have more passion and depth than she was able to plan for herself, so she quit and went on a solo round-the-world trip for nine months, learning about the power of courage, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
After relocating to Sydney, Australia’s Northern Beaches, Charlotte and studied at Qi Yoga, completing their 420 Hour Level 1 training in 2016. She has also completed Reiki Level II and Meditation Facilitator Training and is currently studying Level II Yin Yoga.
Concurrent with her yoga training, Charlotte brought her business brain and love of personal development together to become a career coach at General Assembly, where she had the opportunity to develop content, deliver presentations, and coach her students to help them get hired into their dream roles. Over 100 people have worked with her throughout her two years.
Now with Sankalpa, Charlotte aims to use these skills through a yogic lens, which is all about mindfulness, living a purposeful life, and many other useful and transformative principles (which have nothing to do with getting fit). With an emphasis on clear communication and personal accountability, her approach is mindful yet practical.
