These are our most requested services, however we are able to customise our programs to your company's needs.
Group classes on site at your office, ranging between 45 minutes and 90 minutes. Before, during, or after your workday.
We offer movements to relieve the typical workplace tensions and stresses. All classes include relaxation, breathwork and some mindfulness at the end, bringing renewed energy and perspective to take into work and back home.
Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Mindfulness is all about bringing our attention into the present moment. This offers participants relief from stress, racing thoughts, and tools to deal with their emotions. These sessions empower employees to help themselves.
Classes can be 30 minutes up to 60 minutes and can include some restorative yoga as well.
Team Building & Wellness Events
If you’re looking for something fun to shake up the energy of the team this is a great option.
Yoga and meditation sessions are available and we can combine these with workshops or other team building exercise you may want to include.
This can be great as a one-off session or as a way to gauge interest on employee participation in an ongoing wellness program.
