Group classes on site at your office, ranging between 45 minutes and 90 minutes. Before, during, or after your workday.
We offer movements to relieve the typical workplace tensions and stresses. All classes include relaxation, breathwork and some mindfulness at the end, bringing renewed energy and perspective to take into work and back home.
Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Mindfulness is all about bringing our attention into the present moment. This offers participants relief from stress, racing thoughts, and tools to deal with their emotions.A great way to help people help themselves.
Classes can be 30 minutes up to 60 minutes and can include some restorative yoga as well.

If you’re looking for something fun to shake up the energy of the team this is a great option.
