About This Event
Yoga and Mindfulness to Brighten Your Day:
This class is open to all yogis, from complete beginner to advanced. When we spend all week sitting at a desk, we use the same movements over and over, creating an imbalance that causes pain and discomfort in the body. In this one hour class, we'll counter these habitual movement patterns to bring ourselves back into balance.
We will integrate breath work with movement that will help focus the mind, open the body, and build strength in areas that need it most. This practice will ease stress, calm a busy mind, and bring lightness to the entire body. Get the blood flowing to some good tunes and take a break from the screen before getting your day started!
