Body/Mind Bliss - Yin Yoga Workshop

The holidays can be overwhelming, off-putting and exhausting. This workshop will help to piece things back together – cultivating a sense of wholeness and harmony to start off your new year.  

Over two hours, we will work through deep yin poses, cleansing pranayama, and a rejuvenating yoga nidra (body scan meditation) to discover and work at the deepest layers within us. We’ll touch on all five layers, known as the koshas – which consist of the physical, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss bodies.
